The Leaders Collaboratory is your opportunity to focus on yourself and your practice. Join this global community of school leaders to realize your vision. Learn together, grow together, build lasting authentic relationships, and take back actionable insights. Who Should Apply to Become a Member of the Leaders Collaboratory? School leaders in private, charter, and public K-12 schools are welcome to join. The Leaders Collaboratory is tailored to building level administrators only. Since the Leaders Collaboratory is online, we are not limited to participants who only reside in the United States. The Leaders Collaboratory welcomes school leaders from across the globe. What Topics Will Be Discussed at the Leaders Collaboratory? We will focus heavily on leadership in education. However, Mr. Thomas knows that school leaders have lives and responsibilities outside of their role as leaders. Therefore, he understands that there will be times when discussions will arise related to balancing the "two worlds." At times, we will discuss the specific needs of the members of the Leaders Collaboratory and offer support to that individual. This is a key component to building authentic relationships and a confidential community. Leaders will also be expected to read written works from various authors whose focus aligns with our topics of discussion. What is the Maximum Capacity of the Leaders Collaboratory? The Leaders Collaboratory will serve a maximum of 20 leaders at a time.
